Job Description
Through actions and example, to be a leader and a team player in our restaurant. Responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of food and beverage service. Responsibilities include suggestively selling drinks to guests. Collecting payment and keeping accurate count of receipts and checks. Ensuring an excellent guest experience at the bar. Possesses the ability to anticipate guests needs and the combination of maturity and ownership to satisfy those needs to make the guest a loyal patron. Ability to observe and react to guests state of sobriety to avoid crating dangerous behavior. Professional and neat presentation of self at all times with regard to dress, speech, demeanor and habits. Thorough and complete knowledge of product and a commitment to the proper serving techniques. In conjunction with the management team, to own and follow through on the maintenance and cleanliness of the bar area.
Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. All employees will adhere to dress code procedure and performance standards to enhance the professional image for the guest. Must possess a warm genuine personality with strong communication, reading, writing and math skills.
