Job Description
Job Expectations:

Completes all assigned prep work and sets up their respective station.
-
Maintains product quality, cook time standards and proper holding and handling of raw and cooked food.

Prepares all food and menu items to Buckhead’s specifications, recipe, or plate presentation.
-
Ensures that all produce is washed properly and that salad mix is properly prepared
-
Sets up the salad station with chilled plates and proper utensils
-
Understands importance of proper salad building and presentation

Completes all assigned prep work prior to the shift

Completes all pre-opening checks and ensures that salad station is prepared
-
Sets up workstation according to station diagram with proper utensils.
-
Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all times. Always in proper uniform.

Cleans and sanitizes the work area before, during, and after shift. Uses latex gloves at all times.
-
Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
-
Maintain proper par levels to insure execution of menu items.
Requirements
Skills Required:
-
Ability to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves.
-
Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment.
-
Mobility required during the entire shift.
-
Loading and unloading of trucks of food items of cases up to 50 pounds up to 20 times a day.

Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc., up to 40 pounds in weight.

Able to organize and manage multiple tasks.
-
Reading, writing, math, and verbal communication required.
