Job Description
Job Expectations:

Completes all assigned prep work and sets up their respective station
-
Maintains product quality, cook time standards and proper holding and handling of raw and cooked food
-
Prepares all food and menu items to Buckhead specifications, recipe, and plate presentations
-
The cook must be able to communicate with the point person on proper ticket timing
Requirements
Job Requirements:

Remains aware of the state of all products

Coordinates with point person for items to be ready at the same time for delivery to the guest

Executes and enforces quality standards for each item

Prepares all items to guests specification
-
Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all times

Cleans and sanitizes the work area before, during, and after shift
-
Wears vinyl gloves at all times
-
Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects
-
Maintain proper par levels to insure execution of menu items
Skills Required:
-
Ability to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves.
-
Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment.
-
Mobility required during the entire shift.
-
Loading and unloading of trucks of food items of cases up to 50 pounds up to 20 times a day.

Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc., up to 40 pounds in weight.

Excellent organization and hand/eye coordination skills required.
-
Reading, writing, math, and verbal communication required.
Job Modifications:

This position can be modified by reduction of hours and shifts per week.

Hourly demands range from 3-8 hours per shift.
